Hello, new friend! I'm Jacob and casinostv.org is my brainchild. I'll be doing most of the work and writing most of material here, so it's good we get acquainted. Having said that, don't be surprised if I have friends or other guests post here from time to time, too.

I'm a young guy at the beginning of a career as a software designer. If you know anything about programming, you know that means my job isn't nearly as exciting as it sounds. Basically, I spend hours a day just typing in code - I'm low on the totem pole at my company, but someday I hope to run the whole thing.

In the meantime, I've developed an after-work hobby that helps me get sane again after a long day of typing, testing, proofing, and endless meetings - playing online casino games. I live in the Midwest - what you might call "flyover country" - so I don't have easy access to actual casinos. Sure, I've been to Vegas a couple of times, but I do 99% of my gambling online.

When I realized that I could connect my computer to my TV - playing my favorite live dealer blackjack games or using my TV as a larger monitor for my online poker play - I was totally hooked. Now I don't make a huge salary, and I don't have the biggest online gambling bankroll. For me, it's all about getting a lot of entertainment for a little bit of money.
